Come visit the GHRA, tour our Caboose, and ride the Tourist Train on Monday, August 2'nd 2010 at John Galt Day, lots of free family fun, heritage games, food, and more! Location is John Galt Park by the River Run Centre in downtown Guelph (Woolwich St).

Thank you to the Guelph Storm who donated $2500 to the GHRA. These funds will be used in our Caboose Restoration which is to occur in August and September. Anyone who is interested in helping with our restoration projects are encouraged to get in touch with us, all are welcome

The GHRA has ordered our Tongue and Groove siding for the 2010 Caboose restoration project, and it is expected to arrive in early August. Anyone wishing to help with restoration (weekdays only) is encouraged to get in touch with us ASAP. All help is welcome, let us know your skill or that you want to be told what to do and we will assist

The caboose now owned by the GHRA, CP 436994, in the bright red and yellow paint scheme in 1981. This paint scheme appeared in 1967 and was only applied for a couple years before the era of the multimark (Sometimes referred to as "Pacman" by railfans) arrived in 1969.
